Dirty, staff bad attitude, free breakfast cold and disgusting, tried to charge for arking

Kudos to the kitchen staff as they offered have variety and they tweak the breakfast menu everyday without compromising taste. I also really appreciate that they offer traditional breakfast like champorado with tuyo, daing and the likesThe staff are accommodating and they kept the dining hall always clean

Check in and out was very slow. Requires improvement to man the station fully on peak hours and during holiday

Mostly great in many ways...staff...gym...room...tv not worth having... location not the best...ripped off at airport on arrived...you need grab app to order taxi...police should stop the rip off merchants.... generally a lovely place to stay...food outlets close by...breakfast was good....loads of staff around to help

My stay was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. However, the service was disappointing.

The service was disappointing. Checkout took a very long time due to a long queue, and the staff were not very helpful. The biggest issue was that the hotel refused to provide an invoice for my stay because I booked through Booking.com rather than directly with them. Even Booking.com support tried to contact the hotel, but I still never received the invoice. This was very frustrating.

The room is spacious, the location was good, the staff are superb and the breakfast is absolutely brilliant.

The Hotel needs a good clean. The carpet is d and stained and the walls need a paint. When we arrived there were multiple stains on the bed sheets. We were so tired on arrival we did not say anything as we were desperate for sleep but the next day we mentioned it and the sheets were changed straight away. Also you only had hot water if you had an early morning shower but if you had a shower later in the day there was little or no hot water. It was like it runs out during the day.

Extremely friendly and professional staff.

If it's possible, perhaps they were overly friendly and accommodating at times. Always overseeing everything sometimes felt intrusive, but I can see the positive aspects of it too.The air conditioner seemed to create a lot of humidity in the room. Metal detector and X-ray was kind of odd, but it's the philippines after all.Location was not what I expected. Best to get a half mile out of the vicinity.

It was clean though there’s a foul smell on the room we don’t know from where.

I noticed that when we requested for additional water and something else, we have to pay extra. However, we don't have to pay extra in other hotels that we stayed at during this vacation

Old and dusty curtains. The furnitures are too old.

Staff are nice and helpful. I like the breakfast buffet. i like the king bed and bathtub.

The room was spacious and the breakfast had lots of selection.

The carpet was old and smelled. The Staff at the front desk were not very friendly. Also the hotel should have a separate bell service instead of having to wait through a long line of people checking in just to book a taxi.

Location

Master shower drain was bad. It overflowed cuz not draining fast enough. Both toilet flushing system keeps braking down.

Price was good and staff was perfect. Chinese restaurant was delicious and affordable.Location was walking distance to many places.

All furniture ( even in lobby ) was dirty. Carpets, curtains was dirty.Walls are not sound proofed.Breakfast was not rich and wasn't tasty. Had no options for vegetarians.However, price/performance ratio was pretty good.

Great hotel. It might seem a bit outdated but we actually enjoyed it. The room is big. Airco is loud but not too bad. Water pressure is excellent. The personnel is super friendly. When you exit the hotel there is like a food square where you can have a bite. Location is also very good, 15min to Rizal park and 5 min to a train station.

- Breakfast was ok, not a lot flavor in the dishes. It can get really busy from 8 till 10- There are works just next to the hotel that sometimes are continuing even after 10 PM until 2-3 AM. Its ok if you have earplugs.

Staff are nice very accomodating

Room are not that clean and curtains are dusty. And we didnt like the smell inside the room.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are really nice.

Food. It is better to serve less oily food.

The hotel is looking a little worn. The bathroom was in poor repair and carpets old.

Need to improve the gym and even the price is so good i have there is also a sauna in the future same to Manila Hotel
